TRAINING IN DEVELOPMENT

Turn your skills and ideas into opportunities

You may already have a skill, an idea or work you care about. Concept Wize Pakistan is developing practical training to help women, young people and organisations use digital and AI tools to build on what they know and take their next step.

THREE PRACTICAL PATHWAYS

Training shaped around your goals

Audience Women Youth

IN DEVELOPMENT

Women — Build skills on your terms

Learn how digital and AI tools could support a career, a service or a business idea. Training will focus on practical steps that women can apply to their own goals and circumstances, with the potential to strengthen family income and contribute to the community.

Path Training

IN DEVELOPMENT

Youth — Find a direction and build experience

Develop useful digital skills, explore the kind of work you want to do and learn how to present yourself to employers or clients. Where opportunities are available, Concept Wize will seek to connect participants with projects, work experience or partners. We will also help young people explore how to find work independently.

Audience Organisations

IN DEVELOPMENT

Organisations — Help your team do more

Churches, schools, hospitals, institutions and community organisations can learn to use digital and AI tools for communication, everyday work and engagement. We will shape training around a task your team actually needs to improve.

FROM LEARNING TO ACTION

Use the training on something that matters to you

01

Women — turn a goal into a plan

Use digital and AI tools to explore an idea, create a basic offer, prepare a CV or portfolio and identify jobs, remote work or freelance opportunities that suit your circumstances. The goal is to leave with a next step you can act on.

02

Youth — build proof of what you can do

Complete practice tasks, assemble examples of your work, prepare applications or a freelance profile and learn how to approach employers and clients. Where project or placement opportunities exist, we will show you how to apply.

03

Organisations — apply training to one real problem

Bring a challenge such as low event awareness, scattered information or time spent on routine messages. Your team can practise planning content, organising information or testing a reviewed AI workflow, then use that process at work.

Training content, mentoring, practical projects and any external opportunities will be specified for each programme before enrolment. Participation does not guarantee work, income or measurable growth.
