A short, clear brief helps you compare proposals and avoid misunderstandings. Before contacting a provider, describe the problem, the audience and the result you need, even if you do not know the technical solution.
Explain what is difficult now: people cannot find your service information, your website is outdated, or your team struggles to prepare regular posts. Include the audience, the main action visitors should take and a few examples of information they need.
Collect your approved logo, colour references, existing website address, final or draft copy and suitable images. State which materials still need to be created. Share access through appropriate account invitations rather than putting passwords in an enquiry form.
List the required pages or deliverables and identify what can wait. Give a realistic deadline and explain whether it is fixed. Ask the provider to separate initial work, recurring costs, revisions and optional extras in the proposal.
Choose one main contact who can gather feedback from the organisation. Agree review stages, response times and how changes to the original brief will be handled. Keep decisions in writing so both sides can refer to the same requirements.
Ask what accounts, source files, documentation and training will be provided at the end. Confirm who maintains the result and how support is arranged. When you enquire with Concept Wize, select the relevant service or describe your goal on Contact; we can then identify a manageable starting point.
